Foundations: PFI expiry

The first in our construction and engineering 'Foundations' webinar series, Mills & Reeve’s specialists will discuss legal issues affecting the industry.

This webinar focuses on PFI expiry and will take place on the 17 November 2022.

Many PFI projects entered into in the 1990s are coming to an end. The Infrastructure Projects Authority has recommended that the expiry process starts 7 years before the actual contract expiry. Martino Giaquinto and Mark Hanlon discuss what steps should be taken to prepare for the expiry of a PFI.
