Acted on a group reorganisation for a business that specialises in commercial property development and investment in South Africa.
Advised London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine on the transfer of two research units in the Gambia and Uganda. The unit in the Gambia is the biggest employer in the country.
Advised on the sale of the Afriflora Group, which owns the largest rose farm in the world based in Ethiopia. We helped with the sale to Sun Capital and the subsequent rollover investment in a new company.
