Our experience is extensive. Here are a few examples:

• We were involved in advising the University of Cambridge on both of its public bond issues, raising £950 million.
• We advised Tate & Lyle on the €144 million financing of its European sugar refinery.
• We have advised AgFe’s Luxembourg based real estate fund on over £500 million of transactions.
• Our team has been at the forefront of the developing US private placement market in the charitable sector and have acted on the majority of issuances in the sector.
• Over the past few years, we have completed over 200 deals for PNC Financial Services UK Ltd, the specialist asset based lender.
• We advised HSBC Bank Plc on their provision of £53 million working capital facilities to Mick George Limited.
• We advised The Cambridge Building Society on its issuance of £15 million Core Capital Deferred Shares to the Cambridgeshire County Council Pension Fund. The partnership was the first its kind in the UK between a building society and local authority.
