Data protection adequacy decisions granted by EU just in time

Charities that transfer data from the EEA to the United Kingdom will be very glad to know that the EU has adopted final versions of the two adequacy decisions that were issued in draft earlier this year.

These permit personal data flows to the UK under the GDPR and the Law Enforcement Directive, and were just in time - the interim arrangement under the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement was due to end on 30 June!
