New ACE Professional Services Agreement

A new ACE Professional Services Agreement has been published. According to the ACE it includes new provisions encouraging early warning and collaboration in the management of risk, it is designed to facilitate the use of BIM and includes its own form of collateral warranty.

There is also a new edition of the ACE Sub-Consultancy Agreement.

The ACE has also published new schedules of services for Civil and Structural Engineering. New schedules for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering are due to be published shortly.
