VAT reverse charge delayed until March 2021

In August last year, Tim Waters blogged on the VAT reverse charge which at the time was coming into force on 1 October 2019.  Subsequently this was delayed to 1 October 2020 as I mentioned in my blog, Delay to VAT reverse charge.  Well, now it is has been delayed again.  It will now not come into force until 1 March 2021.
