Procurement Act 2023: 28 October 2024 implementation and new transitional guidance

The Government has this week announced 28 October 2024 as the expected “go live” date for the Procurement Act 2023 and published a further guidance document on transitional implementation of the Act.  One of our procurement experts Jenny Beresford-Jones sets out further detail on our Procurement Blog.
