Employees praised the hybrid working policy, respect at work programme offering inclusive leadership training, and recognition toolkit to give workers credit and gifts.
91% agreed they felt proud to work for Mills & Reeve and that they were treated with respect at work; 89% expressed they had confidence in management; and 88% said they had overall job satisfaction.
We were also commended for being awarded Platinum Investors in People Status, joining a select club of only 6% of 50,000 assessed organisations awarded this coveted status.
This recognition follows celebrating our highest placing in the UK Best Companies to Work For list, which we've been ranked in for the last 20 years.
Sandy Boyle, Director of HR at Mills & Reeve, said: “This is the first year we’ve entered this new look award and I’m pleased to see we’re one of three law firms that have been ranked as a Best Big Organisation. I’m delighted that colleagues have emphasised their happiness at work and broader job satisfaction.
“This news completes a great year for Mills & Reeve - celebrating platinum status and 20 years in Best Companies, and now to be recognised in The Sunday Times list.”
