The corporate and commercial team at the firm had a very successful 2018, which was marked by a number of key deals.
The number of deals the team have participated in has seen them shoot up the Experian rankings, rising to fourth place nationally in Experian’s 2018 rankings of the most active M&A advisers. The firm also held on to their first place ranking in the East of England, and rose to the fourth most active M&A adviser in the Midlands and fifth in the South East.
Across the firm’s seven offices, the corporate and commercial team have worked on deals including assisting healthcare giant Alliance Medical, advised the shareholders of Alliance in Partnership, and worked with Stantec, Arora Hotels, and advised on the acquisition of Global Fuels, among other significant deals.
