He has built up a market leading reputation in the technology law field, having advised on billions of pounds worth of technology transactions, involving some of the largest global companies
As a result, he has been consistently recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers as an “elite technology lawyer”, having been top ranked by both legal directories for nine consecutive years. Jagvinder has also been inducted into Legal 500’s “Hall of Fame” in 2019, for his excellence in the field of technology law.
His market leading expertise spans over 20 years on mission-critical and high-value IT, data protection and technology contracts for both customers and suppliers of technology solutions and services.

Jagvinder has a unique background, being triple qualified as a technology lawyer, a specialist data protection lawyer, and a qualified software engineer with a first class honours degree in computer science and software engineering. He has also completed the academic requirements for chartered engineer status.
