What can Alison do for you?
Alison is a highly experienced family mediator, financial and children arbitrator, and lawyer, passionate about sorting things out without attending court if possible, and used to handling complex, conflictual situations. She focuses on the bigger picture and the best interests of children. She helps clients to agree parenting plans, and with issues about businesses, trusts, pensions and international assets.
Supporting your ambitions
One of Alison's cases involved mediating with a divorcing couple, their legal representatives and others to resolve a complex financial international family dispute in a one day mediation in London. This meant the family had a quick, certain and private outcome to a tricky situation, rather than months or years in court.
In another case, Alison met with the teenage children of an unmarried couple, to hear their views about their parents separating. She then helped their parents (who could not communicate directly) to agree a parenting plan.
She also works with couples to put in place pre- and post-nups.
