She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the dispute resolution process from the pre-action stages through to trial and costs negotiations, including ADR processes such as mediation and arbitration.
Avneet also has wide-ranging experience of dealing with injunctions and interlocutory orders. Her expertise is based around complex international disputes involving companies and individuals in the technology sector and she has a particular interest for AI disputes risk management.
Avneet has a strong background in legal research and writing. Prior to practice, she was previously a law reporter with the Queen’s Bench Division and the Court of Appeal for 6 years, which brings a different perspective in her approach to matters. Avneet's successfully handled complex and high-profile cases surrounding contractual and commercial disputes.
