Bhavini Washington-Smith

Bhavini advises individuals, trustees and executors on a wide range of tax and estate succession planning issues to ensure family wealth is protected across the generations in the most tax efficient way. This includes putting in place wills and trusts, powers of attorney, guiding clients through complex Inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax regimes and also advising on various mental capacity issues. She understands that every person’s financial and family circumstances are unique and will take a holistic approach to help manage assets both now and in the future.

Bhavini has particular experience in providing advice to trustees and beneficiaries on a broad range of trust administration and tax issues. 

Bhavini is a full member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having successfully completed the STEP Diploma.
