What can Caitlin do for you?
Caitlin supports clients in dealing with the full range of issues arising out of divorce and separation. This includes arrangements for children and finances, often involving substantial assets and complex issues such as trusts, pensions and family businesses (including farms). Caitlin also advises clients on wealth protection including pre and post marital agreements. Many cases have an international dimension.

Caitlin's approach is client led and client focused, whether that be as a mediator, a financial arbitrator, in collaborative law, in solicitor led negotiation or litigation. Caitlin is one of only a few lawyers outside London who are Fellows of the International Academy of Family Law, an organisation of lawyers across the world who specialise in family law with an international element.
