What can Chris do for you?
Chris is a senior associate in our real estate disputes team, specialising in agricultural, commercial and residential property disputes. Chris is regularly instructed in high-value and complex property disputes for private, educational and public sector landowners.
Chris’ work covers all landlord and tenant issues, trusts of land disputes, nuisance claims, rights of way and other easements, trespass and boundary disputes. Chris is also a member of our telecoms team and regularly acts for landowners in relation to contentious telecoms matters.
Supporting your ambitions
Chris formed part of the team who successfully represented an agricultural investment company in a high value and complex arbitration involving issues relating to lease interpretation and technical expert issues on the operation of biomass heating systems used for poultry production.
Chris also formed part of the team who successfully defended a private criminal prosecution for statutory noise nuisance under the Environmental Protection Act. Chris and the team acted for the defendant, a demolition contractor working on a multi-million pound development in Mayfair.

Chris sits on the junior committee for the Property Litigation Association as the representative for the East Anglia region.
