What can Eliza do for you?

Eliza is an associate in the family and children team. She supports clients on a full range of legal issues concerning family disputes, which includes divorce and financial proceedings, non-molestation and occupation orders, nuptial agreements, schedule 1 proceedings and children law, including those with international elements.

Eliza has particular experience in high value financial settlements and nuptial agreements, often with complex asset bases involving group company structures, property portfolios and international aspects. She understands the unique challenges that both marriage and divorce can pose to business owners in particular, and she strives to help families reach agreements and settlements with their business interests in mind. 

Eliza's passionate about her area of law and takes pride in supporting clients through what can be the most difficult time in their lives. She takes an empathetic and pragmatic approach, and remains focused on her clients' long term goals from the outset.

Eliza is a member of Resolution, a national body of family lawyers committed to promoting a constructive approach to divorce, separation and other family problems.

While studying Law at the University of Bristol, Eliza founded the university’s Women in Law society, which focused on breaking down barriers within the legal profession. She remains committed to CSR, charity initiatives and mentoring.
