Hannah has significant experience advising on the range of planning and highways related matters needed to secure the grant of planning permission for major development schemes, including negotiating section 106 agreements in respect of strategic urban extensions and the development of new towns. She also regularly advises on the steps needed to implement major schemes.
Hannah also specialises in advising on other planning matters including planning appeals, statutory challenges and judicial review claims, town and village greens, planning enforcement, and minerals and waste consents. She is also experienced in drafting highways agreements and orders.
