Kate is a specialist in competition law with over 22 years of experience. She heads up our competition law practice across the firm. Kate's expertise includes advising corporate clients on how to structure their commercial strategies and trading practices to be compliant with competition law; achieving clearances for complex transactions; and steering clients through investigations by the competition authorities.
