Her work includes advising clients on liability causation and quantum involving a broad range of law. Kelly analyses the risks to her clients to help negotiate the best possible commercial settlements. 

Kelly recently worked with senior lawyers defending a £10 million claim against insolvency practitioners involving allegations of misconduct and fraud. Having analysed the risks involved and being confident of the prospects of success, Kelly worked with the team to negotiate a cost inclusive settlement of less than £100,000.
