Supporting your ambitions
One of Kim’s highlights includes acting for a professional trustee in a litigated, high value, multi-trust dispute, which involved numerous complex allegations spanning a long time period.
Kim recently acted for a beneficiary of an estate in relation to an application to remove the executor who had taken no action in respect of the estate administration. This included the realisation of the estate assets for her beneficiary client. The application was successful after a contested hearing and costs were awarded to her client.
