One of Lindsey's significant highlights involved advising a listed business on the employment aspects of a £26.5m business sale. Lindsey's work involved drafting the employment provisions of the sale contract and coordinating overseas employment law advice.
Lindsey has also recently advised clients on sensitive employee complaints, including allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment. She has worked with clients on investigating these complaints and has helped clients tackle these issues sensitively and appropriately.
