What can Lottie do for you?
Lottie is an associate in our healthcare team, having qualified in 2020. Being a part of such a fast paced and diverse sector, Lottie advises on a variety of matters within healthcare and works on various Court of Protection matters, representing ICBs or Trusts. Lottie also has experience supporting clients with judicial review matters, as well as delivering advice regarding the Mental Health Act, complaints procedures and inquests.
Supporting your ambitions
Lottie's working day revolves around client communication and support. A typical day for her includes either advising ICB clients on putting together applications before the Court of Protection, advising and advocating for Trusts and healthcare bodies in urgent applications, judicial reviews or inquests before the Coroner, or supporting clients with queries around the Mental Health Act.
Lottie has been involved in high-profile serious medical treatment matters as well as inquests in the last year. She has always provided sound advice and good support for her clients and has built strong professional relationships with them.

Lottie prides herself in building strong relationships with clients who have fed back how pleased they are with the support their receive from her - from NHS Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent ICB and from NHS Mid and South Essex ICB.
What else should you know?
Before training with Mills & Reeve Lottie has also gained international legal experience. She has taken a particular interest in human rights having aworked in the European Court of Human Rights before she started her legal career in the UK. Apart from English, Lottie also speaks Romanian, French, Italian and Spanish and can assist in legal matters involving these languages.
