What can Lucy do for you?
Lucy is a senior associate in the private client team. She advises private individuals, trustees and families on a range of matters including estate and succession planning, and related tax issues. This involves drafting and advising on tax efficient wills and trusts. Lucy has a particular interest in assisting families and landed estates with the long term management of wealth for future generations.
Lucy has extensive experience of advising on contentious trust matters, having spent four years in the firm's estate, trust and will disputes team prior to joining the private client team. Lucy was recognised as a "rising star" in that area by Legal 500 2020 and 2021.
