What can Lucy do for you?
Lucy is an employment law specialist in our employment, pensions and immigration team, based in our Birmingham Office.
Lucy supports predominantly private sector clients and advises on all aspects of employment law and HR best practice. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts of employment and HR policies, delivering strategic and commercial HR advice, advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, negotiating settlement agreements, and defending clients in employment tribunal litigation.

Outside of her day-to-day work, Lucy is passionate about diversity and inclusion. She's a member of the Birmingham Law Society LGBTQ+ sub-committee and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee, and often writes articles and opinion pieces on inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
