What can Miriam do for you?
Miriam is a senior associate who regularly advises clients in a number of sectors including life sciences, commercial, and education sectors. She offers a range of advice across both contentious and non–contentious matters and regularly undertakes her own advocacy. She provides pragmatic and commercial advice and in addition to acting for our employment clients she regularly assists with corporate support work.
Supporting your ambitions
Miriam has advised a pharmaceutical company in respect of a large-scale group reorganisation of its workforce in response to budget pressures (including both TUPE and redundancy issues). She has also advised on complex whistle-blowing tribunal claims in the healthcare sector.
Miriam has conducted successful advocacy in the employment tribunal in respect of claims brought against higher education and health-sector clients for unfair dismissal and discrimination. She has also advised a commercial organisation on the departure of a senior executive in difficult circumstances (where the executive’s family member remained with the company).
