What can Nicola do for you?

Nicola is a specialist in agricultural property matters, working within the region's largest agricultural team for over 25 years. She supports landed estate owners, institutional lenders and private individuals with all aspects of rural land ownership including buying and selling substantial land holdings, overage arrangements, tenancies, options and trust ownership.

Supporting my clients' ambitions

Nicola has recently negotiated the complicated modification of existing restrictive covenants and sporting rights on behalf of a large Norfolk landowner, completed the urgent re-financing of a Norfolk estate and enabled a client to realize the full value of some redundant farm buildings following the grant of planning permission for several residential units.

Nicola prides herself in being both approachable and friendly while also giving clear and comprehensive advice and representing her clients in a commercial and businesslike manner.

What do others say?

Legal 500 described Nicola as providing "reasoned, sensible advice in a concise and understandable way to ensure that correct decisions can be made".  She is part of a "formidable team of associates" which "inspires great confidence".

Clients also describe Nicola as "highly efficient" with one client commenting that "any money spent with Mills & Reeve is money well-spent".

What else should you know?

Nicola enjoys playing a part in village life and is involved in a local charity which benefits both individuals and property within her parish.

Why not sign up to receive our quarterly agricultural newsletter by e-mail?  Our Agricultural and Estates Briefing contains short articles on topical issues and is designed for those with an interest in the Agricultural sector, but with limited time to read about it! Please e-mail Nicola if you are interested.
