Supporting your ambitions
Rachel has led a number of acquisitions of large multi-let offices which have exchanged within a very short time of instruction. These transactions have required support from various legal disciplines and involve managing a large number of lawyers to deliver the project. The transactions were successfully concluded within the challenging timescales despite issues arising along the way (such as title defects which needed to be rectified). Rachel has been able to achieve this by providing frank and clear advice drawing upon her extensive experience and protecting her clients interest whilst ensuring the timescales are hit.
