Rebecca is an associate in the family and children team. She works on all legal issues concerning family disputes, which include children, divorce and financial proceedings, non-molestation and occupation orders, nuptial agreements and surrogacy arrangements.
Rebecca has a particular interest in children law and works with clients to ensure they are able to move forward with their lives positively and in a child focused manner. She is also a member of the national body Resolution, an organisation committed to a constructive and non-confrontational approach to resolving family law issues.

Prior to starting her training contract, Rebecca obtained an LLB with American Law degree from the University of Nottingham with a year spent at the University of Texas at Austin during which Rebecca worked as a Student Criminal Defence attorney representing death row inmates with federal appeals.
