Rob is a corporate commercial specialist who supports clients on a wide range of complex commercial activities ranging from the buying and selling of assets, incorporations, partnerships, joint ventures and collaborations, outsourcing arrangements, licence and franchise arrangements, the supply of goods and services and other B2B contractual arrangements.
Beyond this, Rob is seen as one of the leading lights in the legal market for primary care and heads up our national primary care team providing specialist support to providers and commissioners working within the health sector. His is also the joint head of our London commercial team.

What else should you know?
Having qualified as a corporate and commercial lawyer in private practice, Rob spent five years working in-house for one of the largest Trade Unions and Professional Bodies in the UK where he was one of the driving forces in establishing their Alternative Business Structure and for supporting on various transformation projects. Given his experiences to date, he has a real appreciation of the external and internal pressures that his clients can face and is often referred to by his clients as both a strategic partner and an extension to their existing team.
