She also advises international clients on the tax consequences of investing in the UK, whether that be structuring a UK real estate investment or ensuring that an investment portfolio reflects the client’s tax objectives.

Advising on the establishment of structures to hold assets in multiple jurisdictions is a particular focus and Sarah works closely with families to build a coherent succession strategy.
Sarah has particular expertise in the establishment of private trust companies, foundations, and corporate and partnership vehicles. She works closely with families to develop the governance integral to these structures to accurately reflect the way in which families interact with each other.
Her clients include both trustees and individuals, UK resident and non-UK resident families. Sarah has particular experience acting for clients from Asia and the Middle East.
