Seb is a commercial lawyer who specialises in technology, IP and IT law. He handles a wide range of work for clients' IP portfolios, advising on licensing issues, as well as assisting clients through the drafting and reviewing of various terms and conditions, consultancy agreements, supply of goods and services, consumer law, website terms, software licences and IT services.
Supporting your ambitions
One of Seb's highlights involved working alongside the Department for International Trade (formerly UKTI) to license out their Sirius Programme for international graduate entrepreneurs to a consortium bidder. This task required significant collaboration between the Department for International Trade and Mills & Reeve.
More recently, Seb has been involved with the team responsible for advising the Department for Education on their upcoming T Level programme, providing important commercial advice on the procurement process.
