Surbhi advises on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with particular emphasis on complex areas such as whistle blowing, discrimination, equal pay, TUPE including outsourcing of services, reorganisations and issues involving the application of Maintaining High Professional Standards in the Modern NHS Framework. She has successfully defended injunctive relief application made in the High Court against an NHS Trust to restrain them from proceeding with a disciplinary hearing. Surbhi is regularly involved in running complex employment tribunal claims involving whistle blowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
Surbhi regularly undertakes her own advocacy at employment tribunals.
