Tamsin Morris

Tamsin is an associate in the environmental team at Mills & Reeve and advises on contentious and non-contentious environmental matters and regulatory compliance.  She has also spent many years working in the charity sector advocating for vulnerable women.

Tamsin provides bespoke advice to companies on a wide range of regulatory regimes including environmental permitting, waste regulation, contaminated land and producer responsibility.  She also formulates appropriate enforcement-based and due diligence strategies and provides transactional support in corporate and property transactions.  Tamsin has a wealth of litigation experience and represents organisations and directors when facing Environment Agency or other regulatory enforcement action or investigations.  Recently she has advised a housing developer on a Natural England investigation into an alleged breach of Habitats Regulations.
