What can Tina do for you?
Tina is a senior lawyer in the health and care team, specialising in mental capacity and mental health law. Tina represents NHS bodies such as Integrated Care Boards and Trusts in patient-related health and welfare matters before the Court of Protection. Tina frequently advises on complex legal issues arising from applications made under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 relating to the assessment of an individual’s mental capacity, deprivation of liberty and/or best interests.
