What can Tracey do for you?
Tracey supports our lawyers by updating them on legal and market developments in corporate law. Maintaining our standard documents and advising on knotty legal issues fall within her remit. In addition, she contributes to firm newsletters and delivers seminars for clients and contacts. In doing so, she helps our corporate lawyers to deliver the best possible service to their clients.
Supporting your ambitions
At Mills & Reeve we think it’s vital to share the knowledge and expertise developed by our professional support lawyers with our clients. Tracey’s role involves guiding both our lawyers and our clients through the legal maze of the Companies Act 2006, particularly the labyrinthine “people with significant control” regime. She has written and spoken extensively on the Act and delivered tailored training to a wide variety of clients and contacts, including at our In-House Adviser Forum and to many large privately owned companies. Her directors' duties sessions focus on practical protections that your company and directors should take.
What do others say?
Legal directory Chambers says our corporate lawyers are, “a strong team of experts” and our clients say, "They're very good: very commercial, very reasonable and very pragmatic at the end of a project". This comes through in our client briefings and bespoke training – we take highly complex issues, make them understandable and put them in the relevant business context.
What else should you know?
