What can Tracy-Ann do for you?

Tracy-Ann is a senior chartered legal executive in our estate, trust and will disputes team with many years of experience within civil litigation before specialising in trust and probate disputes. She advises on a range of issues including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, cases challenging the validity of a will due to testamentary capacity / undue influence, claims in proprietary estoppel, trustee/executor disputes and breach of trust actions.

Tracy-Ann has worked on numerous matters over the years involving estate claims, which by their very nature are both emotional and challenging for a client. She prides herself in approaching them with empathy and understanding, but also with clear, passionate, and tactical realism, balancing both the client’s needs and goals in this specialist area of law.

Supporting my clients' ambitions

  • Advising a litigation friend for a minor son who had been excluded from the estate of his father and mediating a resolution subject to approval of the court.
  • Defending an action brought against an estate alleging invalidity of a will due to lack of testamentary capacity.
  • Successfully removing a trustee due to lack of capacity.
  • Claiming for breach of fiduciary duties against an attorney fraudulently taking monies from a testator’s bank account.
