What can Vicky do for you?

She works with clients on a variety of corporate matters including: disposals and acquisitions, investments (equity and debt); corporate governance; shareholder and joint venture arrangements and corporate restructures and reorganisations.
Supporting my clients' ambitions
Clients are looking for something more from their lawyers. Lawyers therefore need to adopt a general advisery/sounding board role and this is how Vicky looks to build relationships with clients from owner managed businesses to large corporates.
Recent highlights include advising a number of management teams in the life sciences and biotech space on equity investments and additional fund raisings as well as a strategic restructure.
Other highlights include advising a large management team in connection with a rollover investment supported by two private equity houses and a large national veterinary group in connection with strategic and sizeable acquisitions as part of an on-going buy and build strategy. Vicky has also advised a number of clients in the real estate sector on quasi-government JVs and private debt/fund raises.
What do others say?
Vicky has been noted in Legal 500 as being “excellent” and “technically able” and has a number of testimonials from clients including “Vicky has worked with our business for several years expertly guiding our management team and the business though a refinancing exercise and three PE investments. Vicky is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and above all a pleasure to deal with.”
What else should you know?
Vicky's had some interesting work days, including abseiling off Sydney Harbour Bridge with the Australian Defence Force and spending days on snow-mobiles (and looking for Santa) while working as a snow safari guide in Lapland.
