Our experience

Advised Dutch property investor and developer Kadans Science Partner on its first step into the Cambridge and UK life science market by acquiring a major building on the Babraham Research Campus from Imperial College ThinkSpace. It has paid an unspecified amount for Building 900, planting its first Cambridge flag into a Pan-European science park map.
Advised Greenery UK, the UK subsidiary of The Greenery BV, on the sale of its North Bank Growers business. Greenery BV is a Dutch based international cooperative business. The business was sold to APS Growers, a leading grower and supplier of tomatoes.
Advised Hunter Douglas N.V., on the acquisition of a majority stake in Blinds2go.
Advised Metair Investments (via its Dutch subsidiary, Metair International Holdings), the JSE-listed manufacturer and distributor of automotive products on its acquisition of UK-based Dynamic Batteries Services. Dynamic is a distributor of lead acid and specialist batteries.
