Mills & Reeve named RollonFriday Firm of the Year 2018!

Claire Clarke, managing partner of Mills & Reeve, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been named RollOnFriday Firm of the Year 2018! We felt coming joint fourth last year was a great achievement but this is something else entirely. 

“We really do value our people at Mills & Reeve and this was highlighted in our latest staff survey which revealed that 97% of them would recommend the firm as a good place to work. The company who carried out the survey, and have done so for a number of years, described the result as ‘off the scale’!”

The awards are based on feedback from more than 5,000 staff and partners at law firms across the UK. The survey rates satisfaction with pay, career development, management, culture, work/life balance plus social life and even the quality of the biscuits!
