Providers of the regulated activity of accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care are, from 11 November 2021, required to exclude workers from care homes unless they are vaccinated (or exempt). This webinar looks at the implications of that new requirement on operational decisions, how it could be enforced by the CQC and the employment considerations that may come into play.
