What can Andrew do for you?
Andrew specialises in real estate projects, with a particular emphasis on development, financing and collaboration. He helps public and private sector clients to negotiate and implement joint ventures.
Andrew's clients include pension funds, corporate charities, government departments, NDPBs, local authorities, developers, housebuilders and landed estates. His projects include new settlements, student accommodation, SUEs, regeneration, science parks, shopping centres and airports.
Supporting your ambitions
One of Andrew's recent highlights was supporting the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, which manages the estate and infrastructure of the MoD, procure development managers for three sites: RAF Wyton, DE&S Ashchurch and Prince Philip Barracks, Bordon.
These projects are expected to deliver more than 9,000 badly needed homes and thousands of jobs in the new communities they create. The first homes at Bordon, Dukes Quarter, have been delivered and occupied.
The procurements used competitive dialogue with 3-4 short-listed bidders for each site. We hosted the dialogue meetings in our London office and handled the contract negotiations with the bidders.
What do others say?
In the 2018 edition of Legal 500, Andrew was noted for his "tenacious and strategic" expertise in student accommodation projects.
