Victoria Hughes-Barker

Victoria is a commercial property lawyer based in our Leeds office with a wide range of experience. She has specialist knowledge of healthcare property matters: particularly Care Homes and Retirement Living. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and gives commercially pragmatic advice on property matters ranging from portfolio management to large scale acquisitions and disposals.

Victoria is a lawyer who looks at matters from both a legal and commercial angle - ensuring that her client’s position is protected whilst keeping an eye on the realities of working and operating in the property market.  Victoria is keen to understand her client’s business and learn what is important to them, adapting her approach to the transaction at hand accordingly.
