What is ISO certification?
Mills & Reeve has three ISO certifications: ISO 9001:2015, which is the international standard for quality management systems, ISO 27001:2013, which is the international standard for our Information Security Management, and ISO 14001, which is the international standard in environmental management.
ISO 9001:2015
Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification helps enable the continual improvement we aim for in our customer service and support services. In order to maintain certification the firm is subjected to regular external audits over a three year cycle, with a full rigorous audit at the end of each cycle.
ISO 27001:2013
ISO 27001:2013 requires Mills & Reeve to monitor, review, maintain and improve our security culture. By retaining our certification we demonstrate to our external auditor what steps we have taken to mitigate security risks and show what controls we have to ensure resilience from security incidents.
ISO 14001
This is the International Standard in Environmental Management. This standard ensures we measure, monitor and reduce our energy consumption and environmental impact.
What is Cyber Essentials Plus certification?
Cyber Essentials is a government backed scheme (developed by the National Cyber Security Centre) to help organisations guard against cyber-attacks. The Cyber Essentials Plus certification provides a hands-on, technical verification of our firm’s cyber security protections to a government approved standard.
